Ramin Parham was born in Kashan in 1963. When he was twenty years old, he decided to continue his education in France. After finishing his undergraduate studies, he moved to the United States to pursue a PhD in Plant Molecular Biology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Thereafter, he continued his research activities as a postdoctoral scientist at the University of Virginia for two years.
Returning to France, he then worked in the private sector for seven years, after which he started his career as a writer. Parham has written extensively on issues related to Iran in accredited European, American, Russian, and Israeli newspapers and magazines.
